Your warranty commences from the date of purchase of the product(s).

12 months: All robotic vacuum cleaners, wet dry vacuum cleaners and cordless vacuum cleaners unless noted below

If ever in doubt, the general rule is that RRP price is an indicator of warranty term, so if it’s less than $1500, it’s 12 months, if it’s over $1500, its 24 months.
