Warranty

Australia and New Zealand Limited Warranty

This warranty covers the time period applicable to your product, as set out on the website 360intl.com.au from time to time, commencing from the date of purchase of the product(s) (Limited Warranty). It extends to you if you are the end-user purchaser with the original purchase receipt of products manufactured, sold or certified by 360 International Trading Pty Ltd (for purchases and use in Australia) or 360 International Trading NZ limited (for purchases and use in New Zealand) (together, referred to as 360 International).

During the Limited Warranty period, 360 International will, at its option, repair or replace products that manifest defects in material or workmanship. To make a claim under your limited Warranty or applicable Consumer law, you need to send an email to support-au@roborock.com to apply for a case number.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law (as applicable). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount t o a major failure.

Your product may need to be inspected by a technician in order to determine the nature of the fault and what remedy you may be entitled to. If this is required, our team will assist you with arranging delivery to 360 International. You may be responsible for other shipping charges, insurance, and other transportation-related expenses.

When returning for inspection, products must be emptied and free from contaminants (including, but not limited to, pest infestation, animal waste, or other hazardous materials) before being returned for assessment. We may refuse to inspect or repair any product that presents a health or safety risk until it has been property emptied and cleaned of all contaminants. Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product for cleaning.

If you return a product that is not covered under the Limited Warranty or applicable Consumer Law, or requires cleaning prior to assessment (where no health or safety risk exists), you may be liable for the associated costs. We will contact you before proceeding, clearly explain any such costs, and give you the option to decide whether you wish to continue.
